Recently i came across an article which describes a unique way by which Israeli economy transformed itself from negative to positive growth.They produce bi-annual budget rather an annual one.According to them, it takes six months for a bill to be discussed and debated and eventually approved, however they will have only six months to implement it.
However, with bi annual a govt has ample of time to implement what they set out for and it also gives a strong message to corporates and private sectors that they policies are here to stay.
